As usual, another great post. The point about experiencing failure before success is spot on for me. Before I moved to my current apartment, I had to go through a valley of the worst period in my life (which I will keep private), and had the thoughts of a homeless shelter looming over me. With a lot of help from various sources, I am now successful in my career and other parts of my life.

They are the thoughts that you reflect on, but don’t acknowledge ..your articles help to align perspectives and refocus your destination…. Know That every day there may be up to 25 wonderful things that happened to you both big and small, but you didn’t acknowledge them because in your mind you were blasting the one irritating saying that snached all the positive energy. APPRECIATE the “what you have journal” think of it repeat it, and noticed the change in your life will come …not because you wished so, but because you took the steps to believe so… most importantly know that respecting what you have now is far more rewarding than what you didn’t get, failed at or just didn’t happen… If you take the time, acknowledge your accomplishments, your failures will seem so much smaller.
